Camp Bonus Eligibility Policy

Quantum STEM School offers complimentary camp benefits as a loyalty incentive for families who complete the full academic year of enrollment.

2025–2026 Academic Year

Families enrolled for the full 2025–2026 academic year receive:
• Two (2) complimentary weeks of camp

2026–2027 Academic Year

Families enrolled for the full 2026–2027 academic year receive:
• Two (2) complimentary weeks of camp
• Three (3) complimentary individual camp days

Important Conditions (Applies to All Academic Years)

• Complimentary camp benefits are earned upon completion of the full academic year.
• Families who withdraw prior to the final month of the school year forfeit all remaining complimentary benefits.
• If complimentary weeks or individual camp days are used prior to completion of the academic year and the family withdraws early, the full retail value of those camp weeks and/or days will be charged to the family’s account.
• Complimentary benefits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.
• Complimentary benefits apply only to the academic year in which the student is enrolled and may not be carried forward.
